$2.60/kg Hook Weight for Bulls over 350kg and over fat beef

Basic Processing includes: fillet, ribeye, porterhouse, rump steaks, roasts, corned silverside, crosscut & stewing steak, mince, schnitzel.
SHEEP PROCESSING $55/Sheep Basic Processing
$65/Sheep over 50kg or more than one inch of fat cover.

Basic Processing includes: bone-in roasts or chops, mince.

Optional Extras: $5.50 each.
