BEEF PROCESSING

$1.80/kg Hook Weight

$2.30/kg Hook Weight for Bulls over 350kg and over fat beef (updated 22 Jan 2024)

*Quarter Fee $20 per side

Basic Processing includes: fillet, ribeye, porterhouse, rump steaks, roasts, corned silverside, crosscut & stewing steak, mince, schnitzel.

SHEEP PROCESSING

$50/Sheep Basic Processing (updated 01 Sept 2023)

$60/Sheep over 50kg or more than one inch of fat cover.

Basic Processing includes: leg roasts, shoulder roasts or chops, loin chops, flaps.

Optional Extras: boned & rolled roasts, racks $4 each.

VENISON PROCESSING

$80 (under 60kg)

$100 (over 60kg)

Skinning: $60

Basic Processing includes: back strap fillets, diced schnitzel steaks.

Optional Extras: corned legs, venison ham, venison bacon.

PORK PROCESSING

Baconer: $170

$130 (under 75kg)

$150 (over 75kg)

Basic Processing includes: leg roasts, shoulder roasts or chops, loin chops, belly roasts/slices, diced pork.
